Hiap Joo Bakery and Biscuit Factory 协裕面包西果厂.
We visited the cafe at 12 noon sharp when it just opened and was the their first customers.

We were told that their signature is the
Osmanthus Charcoal Earl Grey Soft Serve RM18.90. It was one the most interesting and contrasting dessert I had. The unique ingredients includes wolfberries, muffin, charcoal early grey soft serve ice cream, osmanthus, rice crispies pop and osmanthus jelly and foam. It was quite an innovative dessert. But I would just prefer the plain charcoal early grey soft serve.
